Violence against women is at an all-time high. Statistics show that 1 in 3 women will be the victim of a sexual assault in their lifetime. Startlingly only 5% of rapists spend any time in jail.
The goal of theWPSN is to end violence against women worldwide by empowering you with the awareness and knowledge to avoid dangerous situations, the ability to defuse a situation from escalating and in a worst case scenario how to quickly defend yourself and get away from your attacker.
theWPSN is provided as a free online resource by Elite Personal Safety Systems, LLC. Executive Directors Samuel Scott and Hersh Sandhoo have over 50 years of combined martial arts training and have personally taught thousands of women self-defense and personal safety. Additionally they have trained members of government agencies such as the FBI, CIA, Local and State Law Enforcement and the Panamanian presidential bodyguards defensive tactics.
theWPSN blog and community provide you access to safety articles on a variety of topics such as women’s personal safety, travel safety tips, vehicle and home safety, teenager and college age specific safety resources, protecting your children from bullies and more.
